mrs_cmake documentation

This package contains cmake utilities used in other MRS packages.

To use this package, add the following to your ``CMakeLists.txt``:

.. code-block:: cmake

   find_package(mrs_cmake REQUIRED)

and to ``package.xml``:

.. code-block:: xml
   
   <buildtool_depend>mrs_cmake</buildtool_depend>
